Product Sales Engineer – HVAC

Job Objective

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented
Product Sales Engineer
to generate business for HVAC and industrial products by developing new clients, handling product inquiries, conducting client meetings, preparing quotations, and closing sales. The role involves strong B2B client interaction, technical-commercial coordination, and achieving sales targets.

- Air Handling Units (AHU)
- Air Washers & 2-Stage Air Washers
- IDEC Systems
- Wet & Dry Scrubbers
- Cabinet Ventilation Fans
- Industrial Cooling Equipment
- HVAC & Industrial Ventilation Solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business opportunities through calls, references, networking, and market visits.
- Develop relationships with
industrial clients, contractors, consultants, MEP companies, builders, and corporate customers
.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present suitable HVAC product solutions.




- Coordinate with Design / Estimation teams for technical proposals, BOQ, and quotations.
- Follow up on inquiries and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Production, Store, Dispatch, and Service teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up for PO, advance payment, and payment collection as required.
- Maintain daily sales reports, CRM updates, lead tracker, and sales pipeline.
- Identify new markets and continuously develop the customer network.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. – Mechanical preferred

Graduates with relevant HVAC / Technical Sales experience may also apply.

Experience

1–5 years
of experience in HVAC Sales, Product Sales, Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, or B2B Sales. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
