About the Role

We are an expanding industrial solutions provider seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead business development for our high-performance line of Roofing & Cladding Fasteners across the North India market.

This role is ideal for a proactive qualified who understands Mechanical/Fastener technical specifications and excels at field sales, client relationship management, and market expansion across B2B structural steel and industrial construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients across North India (Pre-Engineered Building [PEB] manufacturers, metal roofing contractors, solar panel EPCs, facade installers,



and structural steel fabricators).
- Field Sales & Travel: Actively visit job sites, OEM plants, contractor offices, and industrial hubs across Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan.
- Technical Pitching: Present the technical superiority of our Fastener range (anti-corrosive protective coatings, salt-spray resistance ratings, self-drilling point specs) to consultants, structural engineers, and procurement teams.
- Direct Key Account Sales: Build and maintain direct, long-term commercial relationships with major project developers, PEB builders, and EPC contractors in the North Zone.
- Pipeline Management: Handle end-to-end sales from initial enquiry, site demonstration, and technical approval to commercial negotiation and payment recovery.
