Role Description
The Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) – Building Materials – Doors is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The position is responsible for driving sales of doors and related building materials within the assigned zone, managing dealer and distributor networks, and expanding market presence. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting field visits, managing key accounts, overseeing pricing and negotiations, and ensuring timely order processing and deliveries.



The role involves coordinating with supply chain and production teams for material availability, monitoring inventory at channel partner locations, and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets. The ZSM will also analyze market trends, track competitor activities, prepare regular sales reports, and support marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, assess market trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in Materials Management and Materials to ensure effective planning, allocation, and utilization of building materials and door products.
- Candidates should possess experience in Material Handling and Inventory Control to manage stock levels, reduce losses, and support smooth order fulfillment.
