About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing current business across
India and international markets
.

You will independently identify prospects, research decision-makers, generate leads, conduct outreach, arrange client meetings, understand hiring requirements, present recruitment solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, close new business, and support client handover to the recruitment/delivery team.

This is not a role where you wait for company-provided leads.

You will own your pipeline. You will own your follow-ups. You will own your targets. You will own your closures.

Key Responsibilities




- Identify and acquire new clients across India and international markets.
- Independently generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Identify and connect with CHROs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruitment Heads, HR Managers, Founders, CEOs, Hiring Managers, and other decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings and understand hiring and workforce requirements.
- Recommend and present suitable recruitment and talent acquisition solutions.
- Prepare proposals, capability presentations, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, service fees, payment terms, replacement terms, contracts, and other commercial conditions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to client closure.
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams after client acquisition.
