Role Description
The Account Intern role at Vinr is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will support account management activities, including maintaining customer records, tracking orders and payments, and assisting with account-related reporting. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer queries, supporting customer service interactions, and helping manage account documentation. The role also involves basic financial data support, such as updating spreadsheets, preparing summaries for account managers, and assisting in reconciliations as needed. The Account Intern is expected to learn quickly, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure smooth, professional communication with customers and partners.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret account data, identify trends, and support accurate reporting.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams,



both verbally and in writing.
- Candidates should possess foundational finance skills to assist with basic reconciliations, invoice tracking, and payment follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess customer service and account management skills to help maintain relationships, respond to queries, and support ongoing account needs.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM or account management tools.
- Ability to work in office in New Delhi, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in the skincare or consumer products industry and willingness to learn about Vinr’s brand, products, and customers.
