Role Description The Senior Sales Executive – Jewellery will be responsible for driving jewellery sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high-quality in-store experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Theni and involves engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing jewellery collections, and closing sales in a professional and transparent manner. The role includes maintaining product displays, supporting stock management,



assisting with pricing and billing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and processes. The Senior Sales Executive will also support sales planning, participate in local promotional activities, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the management team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in jewellery sales or retail sales, with strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand product features, gold and gemstone basics, and explain value propositions clearly to customers.
