About the Role

We are looking for a Planning Executive to manage advertisement planning, scheduling, and playback coordination. The role involves ensuring DOOH campaigns are correctly scheduled, updated, monitored, and executed as per client and Sales & Marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive campaign and advertisement requirements from the Sales & Marketing team.

· Plan and schedule DOOH advertisements across different roadside and traffic-signal screen locations.

· Upload/add advertisements to the DOOH screen management or scheduling platform.

· Set campaign start date, end date, time slots, playback duration, and playback frequency.

· Add current advertisements and remove/disable advertisements after the campaign period.

· Modify schedules whenever there are changes in client or Sales & Marketing requirements.

· Ensure the correct advertisement is assigned to the correct screen and location.

· Monitor campaign playback and coordinate with the technical/operations team if an advertisement is not playing as scheduled.





· Maintain daily and weekly campaign schedules, screen-wise plans, and playback records.

· Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams for smooth campaign execution.

· Ensure all campaign changes are completed accurately and within the required timelines.

Requirements

· 1–3 years of experience in DOOH, Digital Advertising, Media Planning, Ad Operations, Digital Signage, or a related field.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

· Basic knowledge of advertisement scheduling and campaign management is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple campaigns, screens, locations, and time schedules simultaneously.

· Candidates with experience in DOOH screen scheduling or digital signage platforms will be preferred.
