Emergency & Cardiac Technician – Additional Responsibilities
Assist in emergency patient assessment and stabilization.
Perform 12-lead ECGs and report abnormalities promptly.
Monitor cardiac rhythm, SpO₂, BP, pulse, and other vital signs.
Assist during Code Blue and cardiac arrest situations.
Prepare and operate defibrillator and cardiac monitor.
Assist with intubation and airway management procedures.
Maintain oxygen, suction, and emergency airway equipment.
Prepare patients for cardiac investigations and procedures.
Assist in shifting patients to ICU, CCU, OT, or diagnostic areas.
Ensure emergency drugs and consumables are readily available.
Check emergency equipment regularly and report faults.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of emergency areas.
Follow hospital infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
Maintain accurate ECG, monitoring, and procedure records.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare teams.
Provide timely assistance during medical emergencies.
Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and ethical standards.
Participate in emergency drills and skill-development programs.
Handle patients and relatives with professionalism and empathy.
Work efficiently in rotational shifts, including nights and holidays.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
