Role Objective :
Originate, evaluate, and manage SME lending relationships (50L2.0 Cr), with a focus on growth and climate-related investments.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development
Source SME lending opportunities across industrial clusters and clean-tech ecosystems
Build referral channels (CAs, DSAs, industry networks)
Relationship Management
Engage with SME promoters and CXOs
Understand business models, financials, and funding needs
Credit Assessment
Analyze financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flows)
• Prepare credit notes and initial deal assessments
Deal Execution
Structure loans aligned to cash flows and asset life
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive sanction to disbursement 5. Portfolio Monitoring
Track repayments and portfolio performance, progress, repayments and compliance
Identify early warning signals
Ideal Candidate
4 to 10 years in SME / business banking or NBFC lending
• Experience with 25.0 L5.0 Cr ticket sizes
Solid SME and CA / Financial Advisor network
Financial statement analysis skills
Experience in sectors such as solar, electric mobility and clean-tech is preferred
Understanding of cashflow-based lending is desirable
MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent
