Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines, equipment, and utility systems.
Attend machine breakdowns promptly and restore equipment to secure operating condition.
Inspect machines regularly to identify potential failures and maintenance requirements.
Perform mechanical repairs including bearings, shafts, belts, chains, gears, couplings, lubrication systems, and machine alignment.
Execute preventive-maintenance schedules according to the maintenance plan.
Record breakdowns, repairs, spare-parts consumption, and preventive-maintenance activities.
Coordinate with Production Operators and Supervisors to understand machine problems and minimize production interruptions.
Follow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and all plant safety procedures before carrying out maintenance work.
Maintain positive housekeeping and follow 5S practices in the maintenance area.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
