Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with 56 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to employee engagement, HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle recruitment, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
Manage joining formalities, documentation, induction and employee records.
Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance, leave, salary inputs and employee data.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage employee grievances and support employee relations activities.
Coordinate performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Support training, learning and development initiatives.
Maintain HR MIS, reports and personnel records.




Conduct employee engagement activities and improve workplace culture.
Handle exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination and exit interviews.
Coordinate with various departments on manpower requirements and workforce planning.
Support HR policies, processes and implementation across the organization.
Assist management in HR-related reporting and decision-making.

Required Experience
5–6 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial or similar sectors will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
Exposure to payroll, attendance, leave management and statutory compliance.
Working knowledge of labour laws and HR documentation.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable proficiency in MS Excel, HR MIS and HRMS systems.
