The individual in this role will manage client relationships, understand their clinical development and supply chain needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking project progress, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or project management tools. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with operations and project management teams to support implementation of clinical supply chain strategies, address client concerns, and ensure timely resolution of issues. The role also involves identifying current business prospects, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and client experience.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in account management, client relationship building, and stakeholder communication.




Experience in sales or business development, including lead generation, proposal creation, and negotiation.
Ability to work with project management and operations teams to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
Understanding of clinical trials, healthcare, or pharmaceutical/biotech industry operations is highly beneficial.
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, ability to collaborate in-office in Delhi and work independently from home.
Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data analysis or reporting.
