Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic
Sales Executive
to join an automotive dealership in Bangalore. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining motorcycle models, coordinating test rides, and achieving showroom sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage walk-in customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable motorcycle models.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and financing options.
Coordinate and supervise customer test rides while following safety procedures.
Generate and manage prospective customer leads.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails.
Maintain robust customer relationships throughout the sales process.




Work toward and achieve monthly showroom sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements
Graduate candidates with
0–1 year of experience
in sales, preferably automotive.
Freshers with strong communication and customer-handling skills are welcome.
Passion for motorcycles and basic understanding of two-wheelers.
Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicle financing and sales processes will be an advantage.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a showroom setting.
Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days are preferred.
