Job Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to manage showroom sales for building materials. The ideal candidate will assist customers, recommend suitable products, generate sales, and ensure an excellent in-store experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their product requirements.
Recommend suitable building materials based on customer needs.
Generate quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize showroom sales.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is well-organized.
Coordinate with the warehouse for product availability and deliveries.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and builders.
Handle billing coordination and maintain sales records.
Stay updated on current products, pricing, and market trends.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (building materials preferred).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Knowledge of building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, hardware, plywood, or related products is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
