We’re looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director who can act as the MD’s right hand for day-to-day coordination and administrative support.

What You’ll Own
Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments & travel
Coordinate meetings, prepare MOMs and track action items
Ensure timely follow-ups on delegated tasks
Manage important calls, emails and communications
Coordinate with banks, CA, vendors and external stakeholders
Track renewals, documentation and compliance deadlines
Handle authorized petty payments, petty cash and account-related coordination
Maintain accurate MIS, records and important documents
Coordinate MD’s personal/household administrative requirements when delegated




Independently handle routine requirements so the MD can stay focused on business growth and strategic priorities
Maintain strict confidentiality and high skilled discipline

You will be expected to:
Maintain 100% calendar & meeting coordination accuracy
Achieve 95%+ weekly follow-up completion
Keep key communication timely and organized
Ensure zero missed critical renewal/documentation deadlines
Maintain 99%+ documentation and record accuracy
Independently close 98%+ routine administrative & coordination requirements
Maintain zero confidentiality breaches

Who We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Executive or Office Coordinator preferred
Strong follow-up, coordination, documentation & MIS skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable handling multiple priorities under pressure
