Key Responsibilities

Facility Management
Manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office premises.
Coordinate maintenance of office infrastructure, electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, furniture, fixtures, and other facilities.
Conduct regular inspections of office premises and identify maintenance requirements.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and essential utilities.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, repairs, and service schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams for facility-related requirements.

Housekeeping Management
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene across the office premises.
Monitor daily housekeeping activities and maintain cleaning schedules.
Ensure adequate availability of cleaning materials, toiletries, drinking water, and other consumables.
Conduct regular checks of washrooms, common areas, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and other facilities.




Address housekeeping-related complaints promptly.
Ensure proper waste disposal and overall workplace hygiene.

Security & Safety
Coordinate with security personnel and monitor security arrangements.
Ensure proper implementation of visitor management procedures.
Maintain records of visitors, contractors, deliveries, and other external personnel.
Monitor access control and coordinate with the concerned team for access requirements.
Support implementation of fire safety, emergency response, and workplace safety procedures.
Coordinate periodic fire drills and safety checks.
Report and escalate any security or safety concerns immediately.

Vendor & Contractor Management
Coordinate with facility management vendors, housekeeping agencies, security agencies, maintenance contractors, pest control agencies, and other service providers.
Obtain quotations and coordinate vendor comparisons as required.
