Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Head MEP Execution to lead and manage end-to-end MEP execution activities for large-scale building and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality, safety, testing & commissioning, and timely completion of all MEP works.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works for large-scale projects.
Plan and monitor execution of HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Fire Protection and other building services.
Develop MEP execution strategies, work plans and schedules in line with overall project timelines.
Review and ensure execution as per approved GFC drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings and method statements.
Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Planning, Procurement,



QA/QC and Safety teams for seamless project execution.
Lead and manage MEP contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors and suppliers.
Monitor manpower deployment, material availability, productivity and subcontractor performance.
Review technical drawings, material submittals, technical specifications and resolve design/execution-related issues.
Ensure proper coordination and clash-free integration of MEP services with structural and architectural works.
Monitor project progress against milestones and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, statutory regulations and project specifications.
Lead inspection, testing and commissioning of MEP systems and ensure timely handover.
Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, snagging and closure of defects.
