Key Responsibilities
Handle insurance policy issuance and related operational activities.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance and pending requirements.
Verify proposal forms, KYC and other required documents before policy issuance.
Handle endorsements, corrections and policy-related requests.
Maintain proper policy records and documentation.
Follow up with insurers for pending policies, endorsements and operational matters.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS and policy issuance records.
Ensure accuracy of customer, vehicle, premium and policy information.
Coordinate internally with sales/accounts teams for smooth processing.
Maintain insurer-wise documentation and operational requirements.
Ensure timely completion of assigned cases and proper record keeping
