We are hiring Freshers for our Medical Billing Non-Voice Process.

Selected candidates will receive training and work on US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.

Responsibilities include:
Medical billing and claims processing
Payment posting
Charge entry
Denial management
Insurance verification
Data entry and documentation
Reviewing claim information
Working on healthcare process-related tasks
Maintaining productivity and quality standards

No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

Preferred Candidate Profile
2024 or 2026 graduates only
Any Degree
Positive written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to learn US Healthcare processes
Ability to work in a team workplace

Day Shift
First Year Salary: Up to 14,500 per month

Night Shift
First Year Salary: Up to 15,500 per month

Second Year
Salary revision up to 60% hike based on performance and tenure

Employment Terms
This position is offered under a 2-Year Employment Agreement.
