Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and agile Project Manager / Project Engineer to manage the execution of Fire Alarm and Public Address (PA) System projects at the Reliance Jamnagar Residential Colony.

The candidate should have a robust technical background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, along with proven experience in project planning, execution, team management, client coordination, and project documentation.

Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering
Candidates with relevant experience in ELV system project management will be preferred.

Experience
5–10 years of relevant experience in Fire Alarm, PA/PAGA, or ELV system projects.
Experience in handling large-scale industrial, commercial, township, or residential projects will be preferred.
Experience in independently managing project execution and site teams.





Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and manage the complete execution of Fire Alarm and PA System projects.
Prepare project execution schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, and material requirements.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project standards.

Technical Coordination
Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC, civil contractors, electrical contractors, and other agencies.
Review drawings, cable routing, equipment locations, installation requirements, and technical specifications.
Resolve site-related technical and execution issues.

Team Management
Manage site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
Allocate work and monitor daily progress.
Conduct regular site meetings and ensure adherence to project schedules.
