Kailasham is a new outlet being launched in Srinagar, and we are looking for an experienced and creative Indian Mithai & Dessert Chef to be a key part of our new outlet launch.
The chef will play an significant role in developing the complete sweets, desserts and ice cream menu, creating recent recipes, deciding preparations and setting the quality and taste standards for Kailasham. This is an prospect to build and develop the dessert section from the beginning and bring your own creativity and expertise to the menu.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop the complete sweets & dessert menu.
Create new sweets, desserts and ice cream recipes.
Set taste, quality and presentation standards.
Plan and manage dessert production.
Maintain hygiene, stock and minimize wastage.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong expertise in Indian sweets and desserts.
Good knowledge of ice cream preparation.
Experience certificate/proof is required.
Willing to relocate to Srinagar.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
(Based on experience and skills)
