We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Telesales to lead and manage our telesales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telesales executives.
Monitor daily calls, sales performance, productivity, and target achievement.
Set daily and monthly sales targets and ensure timely achievement.
Provide regular guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer-related issues.
Track individual and team performance and prepare regular reports.
Identify performance gaps and implement suitable improvement measures.




Conduct team meetings, reviews, and performance discussions.
Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and reporting procedures.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in team handling/sales
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable leadership and team-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
Candidates within nearby location is an added advantage

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
