We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Java Developer with a minimum of 4years of hands-on experience in Java development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building scalable and robust Java applications, proficiency in Spring and Hibernate frameworks, and a strong understanding of containerization with Docker. Additionally, experience in workflow management systems will be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable Java applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Work on the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
- Implement and maintain data models using Hibernate.
- Utilize Spring Framework for building enterprise-level applications.
- Develop and deploy applications using Docker containers.
- Design and implement workflow management systems to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Proven experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate.
- Strong knowledge of containerization using Docker.
- Experience in designing and implementing workflow management systems.
- Solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
