Role & responsibilities:

- Manage IT hardware, desktops, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure.

- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Domain, DNS/DHCP, and user access.

- Configure and maintain Firewall, Load Balancing, VPN, and Security Policies.

- Manage Antivirus, IT security policies, data backup, and recovery.

- Maintain CCTV/IP Cameras, NVR, Access Control, and Intercom systems.

- Manage NAS, storage, and shared data access.

- Handle IT asset maintenance, inventory, procurement, AMC, and vendor coordination.

- Provide support for software, Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and other business applications.

- Troubleshoot end-user IT issues and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

- 47 years of relevant experience in IT Hardware & Infrastructure Support.

- Robust troubleshooting, networking, server, security, and vendor-management skills.

- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Manufacturing/industrial environment experience will be an advantage.
