Travel Requirement: Candidate should be comfortable visiting the client location once or twice per quarter, if required.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ETL Informatica Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter development and performance tuning . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced SQL, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, PL/SQL, ETL development, data quality, and database performance tuning .

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into technical designs, developing and deploying ETL solutions, analyzing data discrepancies, and supporting migration and modernization initiatives involving Microsoft Fabric/Azure Fabric .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter .
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Develop and optimize complex ETL mappings, workflows, sessions, and integration processes.
- Perform Informatica PowerCenter performance tuning and optimization.
- Write and optimize complex SQL, SQL Server, and PL/SQL queries.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies, data quality issues, and data integration challenges .
- Work with Microsoft Fabric and support data migration or modernization initiatives.
- Contribute to database design, data modeling, and performance tuning activities.
- Develop automation and data-processing solutions using Python .
- Ensure high-quality code, proper documentation, testing,



and deployment of integration solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions clearly.

Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of overall ETL/Data Engineering experience
- 10+ years of hands-on Informatica PowerCenter development experience
- Informatica PowerCenter development and performance tuning

- Knowledge of Azure Fabric / Microsoft Fabric migration
- Experience in data migration and modernization projects
- Experience working with enterprise data integration environments
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and Azure ecosystem

Candidate Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of relevant experience in Informatica PowerCenter development.
- Must have strong hands-on experience in ETL development, SQL, and performance optimization .
- Must have practical experience with Microsoft Fabric .
- Should be capable of independently understanding customer requirements and converting them into effective technical solutions.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be comfortable with remote work and occasional client office visits for asset pickup or quarterly requirements .
