The brand focuses on designing stories, simplifying decisions, and scaling style with a strong emphasis on empathy and purpose.
Role Description The Senior Human Resources Lead will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement for a growing, design-driven organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru South and will involve partnering with leadership to shape HR policies, implement people-centric processes, and support strategic workforce planning. The person in this role will manage HR documentation, compliance, compensation and perks administration, and HR analytics to ensure smooth and transparent operations.
They will handle employee relations,
facilitate feedback mechanisms, and lead initiatives that support inclusion, professional growth, and a positive workplace culture.
The Senior Human Resources
Lead will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure HR practices align with business goals and evolving organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong core HR skills such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR strategy and operations, including policy development, HR process design, and HR data/metrics analysis.
- Candidates should possess experience in learning and development, including designing training programs, career development pathways, and coaching or mentoring initiatives.
- Candidates should possess expertise in compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant skills such as organizational development, change management, and experience with HRIS/ERP tools would be highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with prior experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a fast-growing or creative/consumer brand environment.
