About The Role

We are looking for an HR Manager who can take ownership of the HR function and help build a structured, disciplined and system-driven organisation.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR systems, recruitment, policy implementation, employee management and statutory compliance. The role requires someone who can build systems, implement rules and ensure consistent execution across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Own HR systems, processes and day-to-day HR operations
- Build and implement HR policies, SOPs, rules and employee processes
- Manage complete recruitment, hiring, onboarding and manpower planning
- Develop systems for attendance, leave, discipline, performance, appraisal and employee records
- Implement KPI/KRA-based performance management
- Handle employee grievances,



disciplinary matters and employee relations
- Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Welfare Fund and other applicable statutory compliances
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, factory/establishment requirements and statutory regulations
- Maintain statutory registers, records, filings, returns and documentation; coordinate with consultants and authorities when required
- Ensure timely and accurate PF/ESIC contributions, employee registrations, exits and related compliance
- Maintain HR MIS, dashboards and management reporting
- Build and continuously improve HR processes to make the organisation system-driven and less dependent on individuals
- Manage and develop the HR team as the organisation grows

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience
- Prior experience in HR system/process building and policy implementation
- Robust recruitment and hiring experience
- Good working knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws and statutory HR compliance
- Understanding of performance management, employee discipline and HR operations
- Strong documentation, communication, execution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and implement systems independently, rather than only operate existing processes

Important We are not looking for a conventional HR Executive whose role is limited to attendance, payroll and recruitment.

We need someone who can build the HR system, manage recruitment, ensure statutory compliance, implement rules, manage people and continuously improve the way the organisation works.
