Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Develop and execute headhunting strategies to attract top talent in the industry.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing plans.

- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition in an IT services & consulting firm.

- Proven track record of successful headhunting efforts to fill critical positions.

- Strong understanding of sourcing strategy development and execution across various channels (e.g., social media, skilled networks).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
