Senior Growth Marketer – Our Company

About Our Company:

Our company is building a new Indian dating app focused on helping people find genuine connections, meaningful conversations, and their right “yaar.” We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketer who can take ownership of user acquisition, brand growth, and marketing strategy from launch to scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute our company's user acquisition and growth strategy.
- Drive the first 1,000–10,000 users through organic and paid channels.
- Build and manage campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Develop strategies for app installs, registrations, engagement, retention and referrals.
- Identify and manage micro-influencers, creators and brand collaborations.
- Plan viral campaigns, referral programs, contests and community-building initiatives.
- Analyze marketing data, CAC, CPI, conversion rates, retention and ROAS.
- Continuously test different creatives, audiences, messaging and campaigns.
- Work closely with the content creator, graphic designer/video editor and product team.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Build localized growth strategies, starting with Hyderabad and other Indian cities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly growth reports and recommend actions based on performance.
- Take ownership of marketing budgets and ensure efficient spending.





What We're Looking For
- 3–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing or user acquisition.
- Experience growing consumer apps, startups, D2C brands, social platforms or similar products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, influencer marketing and analytics.
- Experience with app-install/user-acquisition campaigns is a major advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create and execute experiments quickly.
- Robust understanding of Gen-Z/young Indian audiences and social media trends.
- Startup mindset — comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
