About the Role The Ad Affair is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative output for our portfolio of D2C and B2B brands. You will own the visual direction for your brands, set the creative standard for static ads, social content and brand systems, and work alongside performance marketers and brand managers to produce work that looks sharp and moves numbers. This is a hands-on senior role: you will still design daily, but you will also shape concepts, guide junior designers and be accountable for the quality that goes out the door.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own the visual direction for assigned brands and translate positioning into a consistent design language.
- Lead the design of static ad creatives, social posts, stories and carousels across multiple client brands.
- Build and maintain brand identity systems, logos, style guides and marketing collateral.
- Turn marketing briefs, customer insight and campaign angles into robust creative concepts, not just executions.
- Design landing page graphics, banners, email creatives and presentation decks.
- Drive creative testing: develop performance led variations, review what is working with the media team and feed learnings back into the next round.
- Review and give feedback on the work of junior designers, and raise the bar on layout, typography and finish.




- Set up and maintain file structures, templates, source assets and version control so the team can move fast.
- Partner with copywriters, video editors and the performance team to deliver integrated campaigns end to end.
- Manage timelines across multiple brands and keep delivery predictable during high volume periods.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or D2C environment.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, Canva.
- A strong portfolio showing ad creatives, social content and brand identity work, with a clear point of view.
- Excellent sense of layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy, plus the judgement to know when a design is done.
- Proven experience designing for paid social performance and understanding what makes a creative convert.
- Ability to handle multiple brands at pace without dropping quality or consistency.
- Comfortable mentoring juniors, reviewing work and communicating feedback clearly.
- Quick and confident with AI design tools (such as Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly and Canva AI) to speed up ideation and production.
- Able to present and defend creative decisions in front of internal teams and clients.
- Bonus: motion graphics, video editing, or experience building creative systems and templates at scale.
