- Collaborate with instructional designers in different phases of the
- learning framework (analysis, design, development,
- implementation, and evaluation) to think creatively to produce and
- recommend new concepts and ideas.
- Review and ensure a flawless graphical & design quality of the
- outputs delivered to the customers and internal teams
- Create design templates that the content team can use for creating
- learning modules
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability,
- and originality
- 6-10 years of corporate work experience
- Solid understanding of design principles, trends, and best practices
- in graphic designing and video creation.
- Excellent design and color scheme sense with an eye for detail
- Must have experience in developing and designing content using




- PowerPoint and Adobe Creative suite.
- Well-versed with design programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop etc.
- Experience/knowledge in the usage of animation and video editing software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Camtasia will undoubtedly get you noticed
- Able to handle AI tools and modify them using Synthesia, Canva etc.
- Capable of implementing the concepts with robust technical knowledge
- Good written and oral communication skills
