Role Description The Senior Full Stack Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications, including both front-end interfaces and back-end services.

The engineer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing performance, reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, and improving existing systems and architectures. The role also includes contributing to technical decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices in software development, deployment, and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development experience, including proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Candidates should possess robust Back-End Web Development skills, with experience in APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms, scalable architectures, and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and one or more backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, testing practices, and version control (Git).
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and mentor junior engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
