Role Description As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that power Stay India’s dual-app ecosystem for owners and tenants. You will work on both front-end and back-end features, including core business workflows, payment integrations, security and verification modules, and performance optimization.

Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, reviewing code from other developers, participating in architecture and design discussions, and collaborating with product, UX, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases. You will also help improve development practices,



mentor team members, and contribute to technical decision-making. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production web applications.
- Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and familiarity with up-to-date front-end frameworks.
- Candidates should possess robust Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, databases, and integration with third-party services.
- Candidates should possess experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing and debugging, and performance optimization across the stack.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate in cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, payment gateways, security and verification workflows, or property-tech solutions is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
