Role: Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & AccountsLocation: Telangana / Hyderabad

Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to lead and strengthen the Company's finance function in a fast-growing Mining, Manufacturing, Trading, and Export environment.

The role will have a strong focus on Audit, Financial Controls, Accounting, Banking, Taxation, MIS, and Financial Operations, with responsibility for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, risk control, and effective business support.

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Leading Internal, Statutory, Tax, and Bank Audits, identifying financial/operational gaps, control weaknesses, and discrepancies, and ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Managing complete Accounts & Finance operations, including financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, costing, MIS, and profitability analysis.
- Managing Banking & Trade Finance activities including Working Capital, CC/OD, Term Loans, BG, LC, CMA Data, and banking relationships.
- Handling Forex transactions, foreign remittances, import/export documentation, and foreign exchange exposure.
- Ensuring compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Strengthening Internal Financial Controls, SOPs, reconciliations, and financial processes to minimize errors, leakages, and audit mismatches.
- Preparing and reviewing MIS, Costing, Cash Flow, Budget, and Financial Analysis reports for Management decision-making.
- Working closely with Commercial, Operations, Logistics,



and Management teams to understand business requirements and provide effective financial solutions.
- Managing ERP/Tally-based accounting operations and ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Leading and mentoring the Finance & Accounts team.

Qualifications & Experience

- CA preferred; CMA / MBA Finance / equivalent professional qualification may also be considered.
- 7–10+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, Audit, Banking, and Taxation.
- Strong hands-on experience in Internal Audit, Financial Controls, Banking, Trade Finance, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in Mining, Manufacturing, Trading, Export, Commodities, or other process industries will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Forex, CMA, Working Capital, and Banking Operations.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP/SAP Finance, and Advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently identify financial risks, process loopholes, discrepancies, and control weaknesses and drive corrective action.
