About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive with 8–12 years of experience in finance and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, financial closing, journal entries, tax compliance, audit support, ERP-based finance processes, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage customer payments, outstanding balances, unapplied payments, and overdue receivables.
- Review Sales Orders and invoices for financial accuracy, pricing, tax treatment, and customer information.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare reconciliation schedules, journal entries, financial reports, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in the ERP/accounting system.
- Support tax compliance and ensure appropriate tax treatment of transactions.




- Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payments, reconciliations, and finance-related queries.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, ERP workflows, and automation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• 8–12 years of experience in finance and accounting operations.

- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Closing, and Journal Entries.
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of finance operations.
- Strong client-handling and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Zoho Books

• Experience with Odoo
