We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Field Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, meeting customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers, dealers, architects, interior designers, and other potential clients.

- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.

- Promote and sell company products to achieve assigned sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

- Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.

- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order conversion.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely closure of sales.

- Coordinate with the internal team for orders and customer requirements.

- Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.





- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field.

- Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Strong field sales and business development abilities.

- Good knowledge of Ahmedabad and nearby cities is required.

- Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.

- Experience in interior decoration products or related industries is preferred.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Compensation

- CTC: Up to ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

- Performance Incentives: As per company policy.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
