Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs for healthcare specialists on the use of our digital therapeutics platform for cardiac rehabilitation
Design and deliver sales training programs focused on effectively communicating the advantages of our digital therapeutics solutions to healthcare providers and patients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials and resources.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of training initiatives.
