About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and HR Business Partner activities.

The ideal candidate should be interested in building a career in HR, have valuable communication skills, and be willing to take ownership of tasks while working closely with employees, hiring managers, and the HR team.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Understand hiring requirements from different departments and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.




Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with offer discussions, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics such as applications, shortlisted candidates, interviews, selections, and joining ratios.

HR Business Partner Activities
Work closely with employees and team leads to understand day-to-day HR requirements.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Assist in gathering employee feedback and identifying workplace concerns.
Support HR in employee communication and coordination.
Assist in resolving basic employee queries and escalate concerns when required.
Support performance management and employee review processes.
