Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment of SAP specialists across various SAP modules and technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of SAP functional and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP ERP positions.
Source SAP consultants through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking channels.
Recruit for SAP modules including:
SAP FICO
SAP MM
SAP SD
SAP PP
SAP QM
SAP WM/EWM
SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
SAP ABAP
SAP BASIS
SAP BW/BI
SAP S/4HANA
Screen and evaluate candidates based on SAP skills, project experience, and domain expertise.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




Build a strong pipeline of SAP talent for ongoing and future requirements.

Required Skills
2+ years of IT recruitment experience with a focus on SAP/ERP hiring.
Solid understanding of SAP functional and technical modules.
Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in contract, permanent, and project-based hiring.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience in SAP consulting, implementation, support, rollout, or migration hiring is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
SAP S/4HANA recruitment experience.
Domestic and international hiring exposure.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
