Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage a team of existing agents to achieve assigned sales budget and expand the customer base.
Develop and implement effective strategies for agent recruitment, training, and development.
Oversee daily operations of the retail agency, ensuring productive use of resources and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive general insurance landscape.

Desired Candidate profile :
Any Graduate
Min. 1 year of experience in Agency Channel in Insurance
Experience in GI industry in preferred
