A renowned Company engaged in Steel Structure Fabrication, is looking for a General Manager-HR & Admin, for its Plant at Tilda Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, having relevant experience of working with a Manufacturing Plant.

Job Responsibilities
Overall monitoring and control of Human Resource Management and Plant Administration for smooth business operations
Conducting Manpower Planning, Talent acquisition including Sourcing, Hiring and Onboarding.
Defining Role & Responsibilities, Reporting Relationship, Hierarchical levels and Span of Control.
Developing training and performance management System for growth & development of employees.
Create and update competitive compensation strategy through market analysis to attract and retain the workforce. Pay Roll Management and Salary Administration
Defining strategies for Employee Engagement, Welfare, Grievance Handling, Counseling and dispute resolution·
Ensuring Statutory Compliances under various Acts and Labour Laws viz. Factory Act, Contract Labor Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.,



and liaison with concerned authorities.
Oversee Contract Labour Management
Defining and implementing HR Policies
Ensuring smooth Separation of employees, conducting Succession Planning, and Assessing & control attrition rate.
Responsible for Plant Administration, Housekeeping, Security, Logistics, Safety and Facility Management, and other day to day issues at the Plant.

Qualification:
Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resource Management

Experience:
Having 15- 20 years relevant experience, preferably with a Manufacturing Company

Skills:
Effective Interpersonal and Robust Communication Skills.
Good analytical and decision making skills
Ability to take initiative to proactively resolve various issues.
Able to work in quick-paced, high-pressure environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
