Job Purpose:
To conduct training batches for participants as per the prescribed course guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for participants.
Address participant queries and provide training support.
Evaluate and guide helper painters regularly.
Ensure participant engagement during training programs.
Support dealer meets, teaser trainings, and in office training activities.
Arrange and manage training materials and resources.
Record material consumption after each training session.
Conduct site visits to understand painter requirements and provide support.
Monitor site hygiene and quality standards during visits.

Candidate Requirements:
Positive communication and training skills.
Experience in training, paints, construction material, or related industries will be preferred.
Sales experience
Graduate in any discipline

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
