Required Qualifications & Experience
68 years of proven experience in QA & Testing, with a robust background in either consulting services or industry-based delivery environments.
Any Graduation (bachelor’s degree) or higher from a recognized institution is required.
Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance and Manual Testing.
Strong expertise in Functional, Exploratory, Regression, and Risk-Based Testing.
Experience in API, Integration, and Data Validation Testing.
Ability to create test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria.
Solid defect management and troubleshooting skills.
Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and release testing approaches.
Experience with Tosca or similar test automation tools.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
