About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Design Mentor to join our team in Calicut/Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of practical experience in graphic design and a solid interest in teaching and mentoring aspiring designers.

The candidate will be responsible for providing practical training, guiding students through real-world projects, and helping them develop industry-ready graphic design skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical and interactive graphic design training sessions.
Mentor students and help them develop professional design skills.
Teach design principles such as color theory, typography, composition, branding, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Train students in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
Guide students in creating social media posts, advertisements, brochures, posters, banners, logos, presentations, and branding materials.




Provide hands-on guidance through assignments and live projects.
Review student projects and provide constructive feedback.
Help students develop professional portfolios.
Keep students updated with current design trends and industry practices.
Provide career guidance and practical insights into the graphic design industry.

Requirements
1–2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Knowledge of Canva, Figma, and Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and visual composition.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students learn.
Ability to explain design concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
A portfolio or sample work is required.
