A trainee operator is an individual undergoing training to learn how to safely and efficiently operate machinery, equipment, or systems under supervision, with the goal of becoming a fully qualified operator.
Learning Equipment Operations: Understanding machine controls, functions, and basic troubleshooting
Setting up machines to start the production cycle.
Controlling and adjusting machine settings to ensure efficiency.
Inspecting parts to specifications and making necessary adjustments.
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
Troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating repairs when necessary.
