Job Description – Dispatching Team
Role Overview
Responsible for managing the complete dispatch process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately checked, packed, documented, and dispatched on time.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily order dispatch and packing.
Check quantity, quality, tagging, and billing before dispatch.
Coordinate with production, sales, accounts, and transporters.
Prepare dispatch documents and maintain records.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Handle dispatch-related issues and discrepancies.
Requirements:
12th/Graduate, basic computer & Excel knowledge, valuable communication and coordination skills. Experience in textile/manufacturing preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
