Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and other HR activities while supporting the HR team in day-to-day functions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
Schedule interviews and maintain interview trackers.
Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance, leave, and HR documentation activities.
Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and presentations.
Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
Assist the HR team with drafting HR-related communications and documents.
Coordinate with employees and departments for routine HR requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.





Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed MBA/MSW/PG/Master’s in Human Resources, BBA/B.Com, or a related field.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Positive working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
