Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
IT and Non-IT Recruiter
with
3–5 years of experience
, preferably with prior experience working in an
IT and Non-IT recruitment consultancy
. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions while maintaining solid communication with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels
.
Understand client requirements and source relevant candidates accordingly.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Conduct preliminary HR screening calls and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.




Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage multiple open positions and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Coordinate with clients to understand job descriptions, skill requirements, and hiring timelines.
Negotiate salary and assist with offer discussions and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment reports, candidate trackers, and daily/weekly hiring metrics.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets and turnaround times.
Guide the team towards achieving the targets

Consultancy Experience – Preferred

Candidates with experience in
IT Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing Consultancy
will be preferred.

The candidate should have experience in:
Working on multiple client requirements.
Handling end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non IT positions.
Sourcing candidates for different technologies and skill sets.
Managing candidate pipelines and closures.
