Job Description
Ensure statutory compliance of all building electromechanical systems,
Able to risk assessments and plans for emergency back-up procedures,
Ensure timely maintenance of machinery/ equipment, as per PPM.
Troubleshooting & Operation of WTP, Fire fighting system, Cooling Towers, DG Sets & Lifts, Elevators,
Troubleshooting & Operation of STP, Drainage system, UPS , Battery Banks, Chillers Plants
Troubleshooting & Operation all types of Pumps.
Management & Operations of B.M.S.
Checking & Rectification of faults,
Creating & maintaining PPM Schedule,
Prepare daily reports,
Work Experience : Minimum 2 to 8 Years Experience.
Education : B.Tech/ B.E. (Electrical), Diploma (Electrical)
