About the Role

Shree Ascend Group is looking for a highly organized, professional, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative, professional, and personal support to the CEO.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Corporate, or Skilled Services sector.

This is a demanding and dynamic role requiring excellent communication, coordination, confidentiality, time management, and follow-up skills.

Most importantly, the candidate must be open and willing to travel with the CEO as and when required.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support




Provide complete day-to-day administrative and executive assistance to the CEO.
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, reminders, and schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, minutes, and action points.
Maintain records, documents, correspondence, and confidential information.
Track important tasks, commitments, deadlines, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate with various departments, consultants, clients, vendors, and business associates.

Email & Communication Management
Draft skilled emails, letters, notices, replies, and business correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Manage and organize incoming and outgoing communication.
Prepare professional responses based on the CEO's instructions.
Ensure timely follow-up on important emails and correspondence.
